Is the 'Where am I in line' feature of the old contribution system in the queue for the new one ?

I think there's some sitewide big-picture thing for engineers to monitor, but I don't know if there are plans to make it public.

EDIT 6/14: Tracey added a "where am I in line" viewing link to the "show your tasks not yet completed" page. :)

yah our derive-o-matic 5000 is pretty far behind, sorry.

we fell behind with some books during the week, which meant we had a crush of them later all at once.

we're going to double the number of deriving work horses next week hopefully!

It's no big deal. Our stuff will just take a day or two instead of hours to derive.

awesome! Can't wait. the LMA and archive.org just keeps settling in more and more after the move. It gets better every day!

I can confirm that it's still running, albeit ve-e-e-ry slowly. I uploaded a show yesterday, and it finally did the derivations today.

No worries, it's not like I'm in some sort of rush here. :)

About the derivations, if you are asking for help with a specific item, please include a link to the item's details page.

Re the queue, is that a reference to the new-system deriver task list at http://www.archive.org/catalog.php?whereami=1
(I ask because the old-system queue is no longer updated)?

Not really sure, but it looks like all 3 of these already had their automatic round of derivation after the first checkin, when you apparently hadn't had any files in the the items.

I think the solution now is for each item, go to details page> item manager> derive.
